Anyone can deliver a presentation. Our classes are built to change how people think, lead and serve. Incrementum Academy brings together more than 20 classes and programs for hotels, resorts and restaurants, from the front desk and the dining room to the kitchen and the executive office.
Every class is written and taught by hospitality professionals who have run the operations they teach. The lessons come from the floor, and each one ends with something your team can use on the next shift.
Incrementum Mindset
A Mentorship Program for Leadershift
Exceptional leadership begins with a shift in mindset. Incrementum Mindset is a 20-session, one-on-one mentorship program that helps hospitality leaders grow through our four fundamental beliefs, Commitment, Patience, Development and Responsibility, and the principles of the book Relentless Growth.
Each session pairs a short lesson with a real assignment the leader carries out at work, during a shift, a pre-shift meeting or a conversation with their team. The next session starts by debriefing what happened. That is where the learning turns into habit.
20 weekly one-on-one sessions over about five months, in person or virtual
StrengthsFinder assessment, readings from Relentless Growth and a personal commitment plan
Weekly assignments tied to the leader's real operation
Optional "Living the Mindset" monthly check-ins for three months after the program
